How Your Data is Shared & Stored (Data Sub-Processors)

MRO CONNECT respects Your absolute privacy. We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade Your personal data to any third parties. To deliver our enterprise software, we share data strictly with the following trusted technical services:

  • Wix.com: Your core registration data, user profile information, and account settings are securely hosted and stored entirely within the Wix platform infrastructure.

  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Your corporate email address is processed through Google Cloud infrastructure (located in the UK, US, Ireland, and Germany) strictly to verify, provision, and activate Your secure dashboard dataset.

  • Stripe & Revolut: Payment processing is handled directly by Stripe. Your financial data is securely transmitted directly to Stripe and managed via Revolut for cross-border currency clearing. We do not store or process credit card numbers on our servers.

  • The Accountancy Partnership: We share basic billing and invoice data (such as company names, corporate emails, and transaction records) with our appointed accounting firm strictly for the purposes of corporate tax compliance, bookkeeping, and financial reporting under UK law.

  • Usercentrics GmbH: We use Usercentrics as our Consent Management Platform (CMP). Usercentrics acts as a data processor to log, manage, and audit cookie consent preferences under UK/EU law. This data is held securely in the EU for one (1) year.

  • HubSpot: We use HubSpot strictly for outbound email communication and tracking. HubSpot acts as a data processor and utilizes tracking pixels to detect when emails sent to You are opened. This processes Your email address and basic interaction data to ensure our communications are successfully delivered.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (UK GDPR)

We process Personal Data under the following lawful bases outlined in the UK General Data Protection Regulation:

  • Performance of a Contract: The processing is necessary to fulfill our obligations under the MRO CONNECT Terms and Conditions (e.g., creating your account, processing payment, activating your dashboard).

  • Consent: You have given clear consent via our Usercentrics platform for specific cookie and tracking operations.

We will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy:

  • Active Platform Data: Upon the termination or cancellation of Your subscription, all personal profile records, account settings, and usage logs will be permanently deleted or anonymized within thirty (30) days.

  • Statutory Accounting Data: Basic corporate invoices, transaction history, billing addresses, and contract signatures will be securely archived for a period of six (6) years to satisfy our legal requirements under UK tax and corporate law.
